Generous subtle red fruits, a blend of 68 year old vines with 20 year old smart bold vines, creating a sleek but refined pallet. 20% new American Oak and 10% new French Oak creating a slightly charred smokey aroma. Selected cocoa highlight distinctively mature and complex blend. Smooth and fine, fresh vibrant fruit front and centre, undertones of figs, and fir trees. Mellowed oak, soft french, but tough American, easy drinking for that classic McLaren vale cocoa on the nose of the finished pallet. Tim’s style for this ‘drink now approach’ has a blend to impress now or later.
