This wine was produced for the belief of the blend. It shows how a small percentage of Viognier can change a wine. Aged in new French oak 500L puncheons for 24 months obtaining oak characters in a softer and subtle impact. The viognier adding aromatics , highlight the shiraz plum and Szechwan pepper with perfumed floral tones. The palate is typical of the aromas, plums, pepper with richness and fullness of the little percentage of viognier added.
