Aged in 75% new french oak 300l hogsheads and the balance in 1 year old French for 24months. The seldom inn shiraz won 4 silver so after barrel selection for the reserve will guarantee the wine will be at least that of the seldom inn 2008 shiraz. Rich with depth of red berry fruits in an elegant, savoury aromatic spice with pepper. Subtle hints of flowering thyme. The palate has a sleek tight structure and fine grain tannins with flavours of red berry supported by dark berry fruits, creamy biscuit cake topped with dusting coco.
