The Grenache parcel in this wine is carbonic maceration and the majority of the Grenache was aged in stainless steel to retain it vibrant fruit while the Mouvedre and Shiraz was aged in large French oak Punchons.
The results was a vibe juicy Grenache to add delicate and pretty fruit notes and the Mouvedre and shirt to add depth and savoury notes.
